Terms of Service
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to reproduce the artwork (i.e., it was created by your child or you have permission from the creator). We retain no rights to the original artwork or its likeness beyond what's needed to complete your order.
For Patient Collection artwork, families sign a separate consent form that specifies how the artwork may be used and shared.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to complete your order: your name, email, shipping address, and payment information. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties except as needed for payment processing and shipping.
Photos of your child's artwork are stored securely and deleted 90 days after your order ships, unless you request otherwise.
